Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online services portal operated by APMG Services (a trading name; registered legal entity and ABN to be confirmed) ("APMG", "we", "us", "our"), and any enquiry you submit through it. By ticking the consent box and submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About APMG Services

APMG Services is a Melbourne-based multi-trade property maintenance provider offering electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and joinery, flooring, gardening and grounds maintenance, handyman, and property make-safe services. 2. Enquiries, not a contract for work

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, booking, or obligation for either party. It is a request for us to contact you. Any work is subject to a separate written quote and agreement. Nothing on the portal is an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Information you give us

You agree that the information you provide (including your name, email, phone number and the description of the work) is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or government-identifier details) in your enquiry message — the message field is free text and we cannot control what is typed into it.

4. Our services and quotes

Descriptions of services on the portal are general information only and are not guarantees that a particular service is available for your site, timeframe, or budget. Pricing, scope, availability and timing are confirmed only in a written quote. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the portal content is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the portal to submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the portal's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

6. Intellectual property

The portal, its content, branding and layout are owned by or licensed to APMG. You may use the portal only to make a genuine enquiry. You must not copy, reproduce, or reuse portal content without our permission.

7. Third-party links

The portal may link to third-party sites (for example our main website or social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the portal or any feature at any time without notice.

9. Liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those consumer guarantees. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal, and our total liability for the portal is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before submitting an enquiry.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is shown on the portal, and each enquiry records the version you agreed to. Material changes will require fresh agreement before your next enquiry.
